Say hello to Helen
My name is Helen and I am the Daisy First Aid trainer, providing paediatric first aid classes, for Sutton and the surrounding areas.
I am an active Mum to an 11 year old girl and 7 year old twin boys who seem to already have a love of demolition and mountaineering!
I am extremely passionate about delivering these parent first aid classes and it gives me great pleasure teaching and sharing this knowledge. The succinct, clear training they provide are exactly what parents and carers require for the baby and children in their care. I have a wonderful trainer Nicola who covers a lot of my 2 hour parent classes and the feedback I received from her training is excellent.

I have been freelancing for Helen since November 2018 and I have 2 children of my own, my son is 22 and my daughter is 18, so I have dealt with my fair share of first aid situations as a parent.
I work part time as cabin crew, a job I have been doing for the last 20 years in which I have dealt with lots of medical situations, so I fully understand the importance of acting quickly, staying clam and administering first aid.
I love teaching first aid to new parents, parents to-be, grandparents and carers as it gives me great pleasure the I am giving them the confidence and knowledge to know what to do in a real life situation.
